Storyline:

A man named Ned, who claims he killed an African-American woman, is incarcerated in a mental hospital in this dramatic feature. Once there, Ned befriends an African-American woman who believes she is the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler. They escape the institution together, but life on the outside proves to be tougher than they ever imagined.
